I saw these statments on Seth Godin’s blog this morning. “Real security comes from growth” and “Wanting growth and attaining growth are two different things.” I’ve been thinking about growth in reference to North Platte and the work of the City Council. To provide security for our community and the life style we’ve come to enjoy the Council must encourage an environment in which growth is both possible and expected. It almost seems obvious but wanting to grow is not enough we must act in a way that fosters positive growth in our community.
