Need better ways to communicate and manage our information
Someone to write the checks (Treasurer?) Need to establish a new management system. I need a way to separate Rail Fest from my personal stuff. That would really help.cc what if we had a calendar that committee people could access to keep track of things that we are doing? How would it work? Would it get used?

Signage for the Poplar Street Park entrance Give the people at the Poplar Street Entrance information about the location of events at RF Need a process for elements of RF before we start and stick to it. Bus tickets. Need to send a confirmation to the people. Don't give the impression that we will send the tickets if we don't Explore possibility of outsourcing the tickets for the bus tours Need specific Chairs to cover specific elements of RF and I do not take those over. Will be clear and specific with what is my job within RF! Handle on our money and expenditures

The park wide PA really worked well. Saved two kids and helped with announcements We also think the PA with the music brought more people to the Pavilion entertainment
