We want to keep track of what we've learned from Rail Fest 2008. Please list below in response to the follow questions in the area you worked. This list will become our memory. Mostly we are looking for things that stood out as we worked Rail Fest 2008.

• Entertainment is a very successful part of Rail Fest and should be continued
• Entertainment: Contract with Clone productions again. they did a good job
• We thought of Alfee More as a possible Emcee

• For entertainment: make sure we send a confirmation letter to all the acts next year with their time slot, their amount of time they are gonna play, parking details, and contact info.
• Need a systematic way for acts to get their gear to the stage. Golf Cart with a trailer. Some acts have a lot of gear.
• Sell ice to food vendors
• Look into the possibility of an ATM machine by the concession area
• First Aid Station
• Place some speakers around the grounds, broadcasting from the pavilion. And possibly, place a video screen at the pavilion, facing south.
• Coffee, tea available for pavilion crew.

• Didn't seem to be a need for the Key Board.

• Do we want to continue giving acts $100? Several acts returned the money as a contribution.
• George and Janet did a great job as Emcees
• Ron did a good job with Drumming Circles
