During the Leadership Lincoln County Committee meeting we hammered out a vision statement and a goal statement. It was a two meeting process but we came up with some very good statements.

Vision Statement:

Strengthening our community one person at a time by providing experiences to increase awareness and stimulate involvement.

Goal statement:

The Leadership Lincoln County program is designed to educate participants about the function and challenges of our community. Of particular interest are those challenges which relate to the business community and the future direction of Lincoln County. This program strives to develop a pool of knowledgeable and influential individuals who will better serve their organization and provide an expanded source for which to draw civic leadership. Both drafted by the LLC Committee on July 10, 2007.
