Open mic was held in Downtown North Platte on the Bricks Friday night (7/10). Open Mic followed the Arts Council’s Downtown fund raiser and spaghetti feed. It was a good night with poetry, comedy and music from some of the Open Mic Regulars. Tim, Sharon, and George (pictured) entertain the crowd with a classic rock song. I took the opportunity to play my guitar and sing a few songs. Our group the Flatrock Irregulars also took to the mic and played several songs.
