ConstitutionDuring a recent radio interview David Bernard-Stevens, from the North Platte Area Chamber of Commerce, suggested that listeners read the Constitution of the United States of America as one part of their celebration of the Fourth of July. I appreciated his suggestion and began a search for a copy of the Constitution. A Google search turned up more links to the Constitution than I could follow in one evening so, here’s a link I found helpful Constitution of the United States of America. Here is an additional site. I thought David’s suggestion worth passing on.

The Preamble
“We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
