What is my position on Rural Ambulance service? I’m convinced residents of the City of North Platte should not pay for or subsidize rural ambulance service. It is important for the City of North Platte to recover its actual cost when providing services outside the city limits when a mutual aid agreement or an Interlocal Agreement does not deal with the service. I will support and work to put into practice a proposal that insures the City recovers its expenses for providing ambulance service outside the city limits.
