I’ve seen this little train packed on an 18-wheeler on West third several times. I was delighted to see it in action during the ground breaking for the Golden Spike Tower and Visitor Center. A train like this brings out the little kid in me. I developed my fascination with trains from my Dad. Dad has been a life long model railroader. He keeps me up to date on the rail industry from his in depth reading of Trains Magazine. I don’t share the depth of Dad’s interest but I do enjoy model’s like this. Dad would enjoy the Golden Spike Tower and Visitor Center for the view of Baily Yards it will provide.
