I read today in the NP Telegraph it is possible to track UP’s historic stam locomotive, No. 844 on its journey back to Cheyenne, Wyo. The locomotive has been on a tour to celebrate the railroad’s history and heritage and it is returning home. UP placed a Global Positioning Satellite (GPS) transmitter in one of the railcars that travels with No. 844. Click here to track No. 844.
