The “Waggin Tails Dog Park” was officially opened in North Platte today. Mayor G. Keith Richardson cut the ribbon as members of the “Waggin Tails Dog Park” Committee looked on. A good number of people many who brought their pets attended the grand opening. A good time was had by all.
